Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop

PCB layouts and schematics

using tools like

Altium, Eagle, or KiCAD.

Integrate various

sensors (temperature, proximity, current, pressure, etc.)

into embedded systems. Design and implement

Li-ion battery-based power systems

, including charging and protection circuits. Develop

safety and protection circuits

(overvoltage, overcurrent, reverse polarity, and thermal). Work with the mechanical and software teams for complete product integration. Conduct prototype assembly, testing, and troubleshooting. Prepare design documentation, BOMs, and test reports. Ensure designs meet

EMI/EMC, safety, and reliability standards.

B.E / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. Hands-on experience in

PCB design tools

(Altium, KiCAD, Eagle, or OrCAD). Strong understanding of

analog, digital, and power electronics.

Experience with

battery management systems (BMS)

and

DC-DC converters.

Knowledge of

microcontrollers, signal conditioning, and communication protocols (UART, I2C, SPI, CAN).

Good analytical and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with

testing instruments

like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power analyzers.
