Electronics Engineer (R&D)

Understand project requirements, functionality and logic from project leaders and develop the electronic circuitry. Analyse and trace the old circuit boards and draw its schematic diagram. Develop digital electronics based solution for old analogue control units. Handle reverse engineer and upgrade projects by understanding its functionality and developing improvised digital solutions. Handle new projects design from logic development level, to schematic diagram, to PCB layout and fully functional device. Coordinate with third party vendors like component suppliers, PCB manufacturers, EMS, test labs etc. Guide and supervise electronic technicians in R&D department for soldering and testing of prototype boards. Test and approve prototype boards and final product. Handle documentation related to Quality System and Approval certification.

Candidate should have

In-depth knowledge and understanding of various analogue and digital components including latest micro-controllers. Good understanding of reading data sheets of all types of electronic components. Minimum 2 years experience in drawing schematic diagrams and PCB layout using Altium, Keycad and other software tools. High level of intellect to understand the project requirements and develop electronics control solution for it.
Candidate should be BE/BTech in Electronics with minimum 6 year experience in design and R&D department of a small or medium scale organisation. Our company is engaged in reverse engineering and new electronic equipment development for the defence and aerospace application.
