Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Power Electronics Engineer to join our team in developing and testing inverter and charger PCBs for high-power applications (up to 50 kVA class). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power electronics, MCU programming, and testing.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop inverter and charger PCBs, including component selection, schematic design, and BOM management
- Program MCUs (STM32/TI C2000/PIC) for inverter and charger logic, including charging algorithms and grid synchronization
- Test and validate inverter and charger PCBs, including functional tests and safety tests
- Maintain test reports and validation records, ensuring compliance with IS/IEC standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for thermal management, component sourcing, and production scaling
Required Skills & Knowledge:- Strong background in power electronics (DC-DC, DC-AC, PFC, SMPS)
- Hands-on experience with MCU programming (C/Embedded C, TI/STM32 platforms)
- Knowledge of IGBT/MOSFET driver circuits, snubbers, EMI filters
- Experience with testing tools (oscilloscope, multimeter, spectrum analyzer, electronic loads)
- Understanding of battery charging profiles (Li-ion, LFP, Lead-acid)
- Familiarity with IS/IEC/UL standards for inverters and chargers
Qualification:- B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Power Electronics
- 2-5 years of experience in inverter/charger design preferred
