Request and evaluate quotations, negotiate pricing, and process purchase orders.
Track deliveries and ensure timely inward and outward movement of goods.
Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Maintain accurate records of purchase, stock, dispatches, and delivery schedules.
Support inventory management and help in warehouse coordination.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
Required Skills:
1-4 years of experience in procurement and logistics.
Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of dispatch, transportation, and warehouse processes.
Good communication, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in ERP or procurement software.
Exposure to electronic or manufacturing industry supply chains.
