Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Align Product/Technology strategy and provide Product leadership where appropriate.
Supervise Autonomy and Automation engineering teams. Reporting to this position are various levels of engineers and support personnel.
Coach, mentor individual contributors and Deliver on all commitments (time, cost & quality)
Actively champion good collaborative relationship with internal and external customers, gather & respond to customer feedback, guide the organization's focus towards meeting customers' technology, product, service and business needs
Manage supplier partner relationship and support in executing of supplier strategy
Manage the project priorities for the development team
Assist team members in removing barriers and embracing the agile framework
Utilize highly skilled team resources to accomplish development goals in a fast-paced environment
Implement processes that improve team effectiveness and performance for continued success
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE: Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer, Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
12+ years of industry experience with at least 5+ years in Cloud based Application Development / Electronic Firmware Development / Integration & Validation of Software.
Experience in software development for heavy-industry, automotive or industrial applications
Experience in people management, project/product management, business/budget planning
Expert knowledge in software product development lifecycle
Experience in working with SAFe or New Product Introduction methodology.
Position requires excellent human relations, interpersonal, and communications skills.
Desired Qualifications:
Domain experience in developing On-board / Off-board monitoring systems, Site productivity solutions, Autonomy & Automation Systems for automotive or industrial applications.
Product Development experience in construction& mining industries
