Job Description
Location- Ahmedabad :
1. Manage students related information including absenteeism, fee submission and processing, timetable/teachers updates etc. 2. Handle service calls of parents and students to resolve the issues. 3. Supporting academic staff in service delivery - typesetting, hybrid learning tools, test/classroom material etc. 4. Assist Branch Head, ABMs, Regional leadership with required reports.
To be successful in the EDP Officer role you are required to have:
- Practical experience with a variety of software applications like Excel/Advanced Excel/MS Access VBA/ Macros are an additional advantage.
