Lantana is a global leader inelectronic components distribution, power solutions. We are expanding our footprint in India and seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth, manage key customer relationships, and develop new opportunities across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the sales strategy for India to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across target industries (e.g., automotive, industrial, telecom, or electronics).
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and OEM customers.
Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales plans.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
Lead negotiations and ensure successful contract closures.
Manage and mentor the local sales team (if applicable).
Represent Lantana at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5-8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in electronics, semiconductors, power components, or industrial products.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new markets.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and travel frequently across India.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
