Job Description

Technical Skills

• Min 5 + years' experience from a reputed organization
• Very strong knowledge in Engineering calculations, simulations, heat transfer, CFD
• Hands on experience on simulation tools like Ansys, Ansys icepak, Fluent,Maxwell
• Knowledge on Multiphysics simulation is preferred
• Hands on experience of PCB/Electronics cooling.
• Experience on handling contract or Junior resources for project executions
• Responsible for performing thermal analysis using IcePak/Fluent on Schneider Electric line products and customized versions
• Responsible for working on R&D research projects and roadmap.
• Generating CFD/simulation reports as per problem statement/project requirement.
• Interpret analytical findings and make specific recommendations for optimal performance under specific requirements
• Work with Design Engineers to identify potential problems during testing and/or operation
• Work with Schneider Electric specialists in order to identify potential areas of opportunity/solutions

Soft Skills / Project Management

• Must have basic knowledge on project planning, resources planning, budget planning etc
• Must have an experience on handling/managing on large size calculation projects of electrical products
• The candidate needs to develop a strong knowledge on Schneider enclosure products and need to support the team on critical issues
• The candidate should manage project budget, Quality, resource (man power if needed) & delivery
• Need to organize the project review and manage the project deliverables of his own and teams.
• The resource needs to connect and collaborate with lab and design team very closely to validate the calculation done by him.
• Will need to travel to the plant to understand products/assemblies on need basis.
• Good communication written and verbal.

Education / Experience

B.E -Mechanical Engineering.

Qualifications

M.E / M. Tech Mechanical Engineering/MS
