We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electromechanical Engineer to support the design, development, and integration of electromechanical systems for UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) and PDU (Power Distribution Unit) products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both electrical and mechanical engineering principles, with hands-on experience in product development, prototyping, and testing.

Key Responsibilities:Design & Development
Conduct VAVE Workshop and generate ideas for Product Improvement and Cost reduction (Cost-out)
Understanding on Copper, sheet metal, Cables raw Material cost and also have understanding on operational cost
Understand Direct cost and Indirect cost - Labour, Tooling, Material etc
Develop and optimize electromechanical components and assemblies for UPS & PDU systems.
Collaborate with electrical and mechanical design teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
Create and review 3D models, drawings, and BOMs using CAD tools (e.g., Creo, AutoCAD).
Prototyping & Testing
Support prototype development and validation of electromechanical systems.
Conduct thermal, vibration, and mechanical stress testing to ensure product reliability.
Work with V&V and QVE teams to validate product performance against specifications.
Compliance & Standards
Ensure designs meet applicable safety and regulatory standards (e.g., UL, IEC, RoHS).
Prepare documentation for compliance audits and certifications.
Manufacturing Support
Provide technical support to manufacturing and assembly teams.
Assist in DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly) initiatives.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, performance enhancement, and design simplification.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for field issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering
8-10 years of experience in electromechanical product development, preferably in power electronics or data center infrastructure.
Proficiency in CAD tools (Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation software (ANSYS, COMSOL).
Strong understanding of thermal management, mechanical design, and electrical interfaces.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Exposure to sheet metal design, plastics, and electrical enclosures.
Knowledge of EMC/EMI considerations in electromechanical design.
Ability to work in a cross-functional, global engineering environment.
