Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Electro-Mechanical Engineer

to design, develop, test, and maintain systems and components that involve both electrical and mechanical processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechatronics, automation, and engineering principles, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and test electro-mechanical systems, components, and assemblies. Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and software engineers in product development projects. Create technical drawings, schematics, and documentation using CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, EPLAN). Conduct feasibility studies and simulations for new designs and processes. Integrate sensors, actuators, motors, and control systems into products. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in prototypes, production, and installed systems. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines. Assist in selecting appropriate materials and components for product development. Support the manufacturing team with process improvements and quality control. Prepare test procedures and perform validation and verification testing. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 2+ years of experience in electro-mechanical design or similar engineering role (entry-level may be considered with strong academic or project background). Proficient in 3D CAD design and electrical schematics software. Solid understanding of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, embedded control, and automation. Experience with PLCs, sensors, actuators, and microcontrollers is a plus. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and materials. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
