: Electrolysis Engineer

Job Summary:

The Electrolysis Engineer is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of electrolysis systems that utilize stainless steel electrodes. This role involves monitoring equipment performance, adhering to safety protocols, maintaining product quality, and assisting with the overall electrolytic process.

Responsibilities:

Process Monitoring:

Continuously monitor the electrolysis cell, electrolyte levels, current densities, and temperatures to ensure optimal performance.

Equipment Operation:

Operate and maintain electrolysis equipment, including power supplies, electrodes, and pumps.

Safety Compliance:

Strictly adhere to all safety procedures and regulations, including handling of electrolysis.

Troubleshooting:

Assist senior operators and technicians in diagnosing and resolving operational issues.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate logs of operating parameters, production output, and any issues encountered.

Qualifications:

BE/ME in chemical engineering

Experience: Prior experience in a chemical or industrial manufacturing environment is beneficial.

Technical Skills: Basic understanding of electrochemical principles and electrical systems.

Safety Awareness: A strong commitment to safety and adherence to standard operating procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
