Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled

ECG Technician

to join our diagnostic team. The candidate will be responsible for performing ECG tests accurately, maintaining equipment, and ensuring patient comfort during the procedure.

Key Responsibilities

Perform ECG tests as per physician orders Prepare and position patients for ECG recordings Operate and maintain ECG machines and related equipment Ensure accurate placement of leads and quality of ECG tracings Assist doctors in interpreting ECG results when needed Maintain patient records and update reports promptly Follow safety and infection-control protocols Coordinate with emergency and OPD departments for urgent ECGs

Required Qualifications

Diploma/Certification in ECG Technician or Cardiac Technician

1-2 years of experience

in ECG or cardiac diagnostics Knowledge of ECG procedures, lead placement, and machine handling Ability to identify abnormal tracings (basic level)

Skills & Competencies

Good communication and patient-handling skills Ability to work calmly during emergency cases Attention to detail and accuracy Responsible and punctual
