Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Support installation and commissioning of HVAC systems, battery enclosures, fire suppression systems, and auxiliary mechanical equipment.
• Conduct mechanical integrity checks, alignment verification, and system pressure tests.
• Validate mechanical interfaces with electrical systems.
• Assist in integration of mechanical systems with electrical and control systems.
• Perform functional testing of fire detection and suppression systems.
• Identify and resolve mechanical faults during commissioning. Collaborate with OEMs and contractors to address technical issues.
• Ensure all mechanical work complies with safety standards and project specifications.
• Participate in safety audits, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
• Maintain detailed logs of mechanical commissioning activities and test results.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure and check the installation & Commissioning as per Pre-commissioning and Commissioning checklist.
• Prepare and record the pre-commissioning and commissioning protocols.
• Share the learning/observations to Engineering for future improvement.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
