Position Title: Business Developer - Full TimeElectrify Services is one of the fastest-growing engineering services start-ups and is looking for a Business Developer to play a key role in helping us build the foundation for our Sales and Marketing teams. This is an individual contributor role with a direct impact on company growth. We would like to see this position grow as the company evolves.If you are looking for a high-impact and challenging role, this job is a perfect destination for you!Major Job Duties:- Work closely with Electrify leadership team to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies. - Conduct high-volume prospecting (100-120 activities per day) to generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media. - Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities. - Have to manage Client's portfolio with Sales Process. - Schedule meetings and calls for the management team for new leads. - Effectively communicate the company's services and solutions to prospects - Stay up to date on new products, services, and solutions. - Innovate new strategies to find new leads. - Conduct needs qualification calls with specific prospects as assigned. - Set yourself up for a successful career by learning the necessary fundamentals to be a great salesperson, leader, and executive. - Generate leads through different sources. - Keep prospective client database updated. - Other duties as assigned.These responsibilities are just the start! An electronics background would be a plus. - Experience in calling on senior executives & technical decision-makers within all-sized organizations must know about how to generate leads. - Highly energetic and motivated, with strong attention to detail - A passion for sales and technology. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to be better. - The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals. - Are naturally curious and passionate. - The technical aptitude to master our industry. - A keenly developed competitive nature. - Positive energy with a highly self-driven sense of motivation - The ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection daily. - Previous sales experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas a plus (but not required)- Location: Ahmedabad, India.- Salary: As per experience and skill.
