Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance & Repair Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems such as lighting, wiring, switches, sockets, and panels. Troubleshoot electrical faults and carry out repairs promptly. Maintain all electrical equipment like water heaters, kitchen appliances, HVAC systems, and laundry machines. 2. Installation Install new electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures as required in guest rooms, restaurants, and other hotel areas. Assist in setting up new outlets, circuits, and distribution boards. 3. Preventive Maintenance Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems. Keep maintenance logs and ensure compliance with safety standards. 4. Safety & Compliance Ensure all electrical work meets safety regulations and hotel policies. Identify and report any potential hazards to the Engineering Supervisor. Support fire alarm system checks and emergency power supply (generator/UPS) maintenance. 5. Coordination Respond quickly to guest room and department maintenance requests. Coordinate with other maintenance staff (plumbers, HVAC technicians, carpenters) as needed. Assist during power outages and emergency situations. 6. Record Keeping Maintain records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance activities. Monitor and manage spare parts inventory for electrical equipment.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
