Job Description

We need a hands-on experience in

electrical systems (HT/LT, panels, wiring) and plumbing/PHE (water supply, drainage, STP)

for high-rise residential/commercial projects. You'll ensure smooth execution, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate between teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Works:

Supervise

HT/LT transformer installations, electrical panels, wiring, and HVAC power supply

. Ensure compliance with electrical drawings and safety standards.

Plumbing/PHE Works:

Oversee

water supply lines, drainage, sewerage, STP, and underground piping

. Check pipe routing, pumps, and fixtures as per design.

Coordination:

Manage contractors, laborers, and material deliveries. Report daily progress and resolve on-site clashes (e.g., pipe vs. cable conflicts).

Requirements:

Qualification:

Diploma/BTech (Electrical/Civil/Mechanical) or ITI (Electrical/Plumbing).

Experience:

3-5 years in

construction (MEP, electrical, or plumbing)

Skills:

Read electrical & plumbing drawings. Knowledge of

panels, transformers, PHE, STP, and drainage systems

.

Languages:

Hindi, Punjabi, English (for site communication).

Transport:

Two-wheeler & license (mandatory for site visits).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
