Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, repair, and maintain electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, and control systems

Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical schematics

Maintenance work of conduit, wiring, circuit breakers, transformers, and other electrical components

Troubleshoot electrical problems using testing devices to locate shorts, faulty connections, and equipment issues

Ensure all electrical work meets local building standards, and safety

Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment

Collaborate with construction teams, property & technical managers, and other trades

Respond to emergency electrical issues as needed

Document work performed and maintain accurate records

SkillsStrong problem-solving abilities

Excellent attention to detail

Good communication skills

Physical stamina and comfort working at heights

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic computer skills for documentation and communication

Working ConditionsWork is primarily indoors in commercial buildings

May require working in confined spaces, on ladders, or lifts

Exposure to electrical hazards, requiring strict adherence to safety protocols

May include occasional overtime, weekend work, or emergency calls
