We are seeking a skilled Electrician Wairman to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various industrial and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, including experience with low and high voltage systems, blueprint reading, and schematics. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of working on construction sites, renovation projects, and ongoing maintenance tasks to ensure safety and compliance with NEC standards.
Duties
Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as ohmmeters and schematics.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute electrical installations accurately.
Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), low voltage, and high voltage systems to ensure proper operation.
Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical components in industrial and commercial environments.
Conduct renovations and construction activities related to electrical infrastructure on construction sites.
Ensure all work complies with NEC regulations and safety standards.
Use hand tools such as wire strippers, screwdrivers, pliers, and other electrical tools effectively.
Assist with schematics interpretation for complex wiring diagrams during installation or troubleshooting processes.
Collaborate with other trades such as frame carpentry or maintenance person teams during renovation projects.
Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements
Proven experience as an industrial or commercial electrician with a solid understanding of electrical systems.
Knowledge of NEC standards, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and low/high voltage systems.
Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is highly desirable.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing equipment.
Construction site experience including renovation projects is preferred.
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately.
Strong understanding of safety protocols related to high voltage and low voltage electrical work.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in troubleshooting electrical issues.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
Valid electrician license or certification is preferred but not mandatory for all roles depending on project requirements.
