Job Summary To monitor the working conditions of all the Electrical and Utilities of the Company. To execute/ monitor the maintenance of the electrical equipment as per the Preventive Maintenance Schedule for equipment of plant & Utilities. To undertake all the maintenance work as per given memo from the respective department. During execution of the allotted work to adhere with the safety norms of the company. To take readings of all the Utilities and the consumptions and compile monthly reports and provide to Instrumentation Engineer. To do the change-over of the power supply from DG set to Electricity & vice versa. To maintain good housekeeping in the Department. To maintain good housekeeping in the department and after finishing any maintenance work in the company. To maintain the healthy condition of the tools and tackles and keep into working condition. Timely logging of the required spares for the maintenance/ preventive maintenance work. To generate / Help Daily & Monthly Electrical/Utility - Maintenance Report. To maintain Daily logbook. Assist to plant modifications, minor changes, Plant Expansion, & New project related to Electrical & Utility. To execute all engineering work in GEP. Monitor & record of all Annual legal activity related to Electrical & utility, Like HT Transformer oil filtration, Earthing pits, TFH & Boiler annual Passing Responsibilities Role Specific Responsibilities: Responsible for all Electrical activities. Electrical Supervisor License required. Compliance Complies with company Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures, and arrangements Reports all Health, Safety and Environmental accidents, incidents and near misses promptly Acts in a safe and responsible manner at all times Problem Solving And Innovation Active participation in continuous improvement activities Participates in problem-solving Takes responsibility and ownership for own learning and development in the spirit of continuous improvement of both self and the business Assists in the training, mentoring, and assessment of other team members Exercises autonomy and judgement subject to overall direction or guidance Qualifications/Desired Skills Education and Qualifications: ITI or Diploma in Electrical engineering Experience 5 - 8 year Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Knowledge of Electrical and Utility components Knowledge of AC units and intercom line Knowledge of VFD drives and online UPS systems Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work successfully in cross functional team Demonstrated high technical aptitude as well as analytical and spatial reasoning skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities Proven ingenuity for utilizing broad Engineering concepts to address complex problems Ability to work in a team environment within a multi-functional, organizational structure and exhibit robust interpersonal skills Strong sense of commercial awareness and the ability to apply/relate to overall business goals and objectives Excellent proficiency within Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Critical thinking and conflict resolution skills and analytical abilities which allow assessment of customer service issues, situations and opportunities Embodies the core values of Aurorium: credible: keeps their word and honors their commitments, acts with integrity, and holds themselves accountable to their decisions and actions outcome-oriented: adheres to an unparalleled standard of excellence in everything they do, to deliver results with real impact driven: passionate about delivering authentic, world-class experiences that engage customers and inspire greatness empowered accountability: empowered to achieve common goals and accountable for delivering performances and results that exceed standards If you have the energy, drive, and passion for joining the Aurorium team, we would love to hear from you.
