Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in residential/commercial buildings. Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical plans. Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair. Ensure compliance with applicable codes and safety standards. Diagnose malfunctioning systems, locate faults, and replace damaged components as needed. Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades for coordinated project execution. Maintain tools and electrical equipment in good working condition. Adhere strictly to safety protocols and site guidelines.

Required Qualifications / Skills:

Minimum

5 to 7 years of experience

in

electrical work

, preferably in the

construction or real estate sector

. Sound knowledge of electrical systems, components, and safety procedures. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics. Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Physically fit and comfortable working on active construction sites.
