Qualifications & Experience:

ITI - Electrician / Diploma in Electrical or Equivalent. 5+ years of electrical maintenance experience. Minimum 3 years' experience in industrial electrical breakdown handling. Must possess valid C/B-Licenseissued by Govt. Electrical Licensing Board.
Job Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Breakdown Attending (Primary Role):

Attend all electrical breakdown complaints across the unit (production equipment, utility, and plant). Perform root cause diagnosis and restore power/equipment with minimum downtime. Ensure electrical safety while working on live/critical systems.
2. Preventive Maintenance (PM):

Perform preventive maintenance for electrical panels, motors, starters, drives, lighting circuits, control wiring, etc. Update PM records and ensure 100% compliance as per PM calendar.
3. Electrical System Maintenance:

Troubleshoot motor faults, overload issues, relay settings, control circuit failures, and sensor issues. Maintenance of MCC panels, DB boards, MCBs, contactors, relays, VFD, soft starters, timers, etc. Basic PLC input/output checking (if required).
4. Support in Engineering Projects:

Assist in new electrical installation, commissioning, cable laying, termination, and electrical load planning. Support in automation projects and new equipment installation.
5. Documentation & Tracker Updates:

Update breakdown tracker, PM sheets, electrical load change records. Maintain spare usage details for electrical components.
6. Coordination & Communication:

Coordinate with Production, QC, Stores, and external electricians/vendors for smooth maintenance operations. Share breakdown status and project activity updates to Manager Engineering.
Required Skills:

Strong hands-on knowledge in electrical troubleshooting. Expertise in motors, starters, VFDs, relays, control circuits. Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams. Sound understanding of electrical safety standards. Ability to maintain downtime/breakdown tracker. C/B-License (Mandatory Requirement).*

General Skills:

Basic knowledge of Excel & Word. Ability to work independently in electrical issues. Participate actively in project works and improvements. Good decision-making ability in his technical area.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
