Job Description

Experience: 0-8 years (Manufacturing / Industrial preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and machinery in the plant/facility.

Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform corrective actions to ensure minimal downtime.

Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance for all electrical panels, motors, controllers, and wiring systems.

Read and interpret electrical drawings, circuit diagrams, and technical manuals.

Ensure proper functioning of PLC panels, VFDs, MCCs, and control circuits (if applicable).

Perform wiring, cabling, earthing, lighting, and panel board maintenance.

Maintain records of maintenance work, breakdowns, and spare parts usage.

Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, lockout-tagout (LOTO), and company safety policies.

Assist in installation and commissioning of new machines/equipment.

Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth operations.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and industrial wiring.

Hands-on experience with motors, starters, contactors, relays, sensors, and control panels.

Ability to diagnose electrical issues quickly and accurately.

Familiarity with electrical safety protocols and statutory compliance.

Basic knowledge of PLC/VFD troubleshooting (added advantage).

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electrician Trade.

Valid Electrical License (preferred).

Work Environment:

Shift-based work may be required.

Exposure to industrial machinery, noise, and factory conditions.

Salary: As per industry standards.

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹23,500.00 per month
