Job Title : Electrician

Job Location : Erode , Tamilnadu

Qualification : ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ BE.EEE

Exp : Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in a steel plant or heavy industrial environment

Compensation range: 18,500 to 21,000

No. of Vacancies : 6 Nos

/ Responsibilities :

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with electrical codes and safety standards. Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on electrical systems, including motors, transformers, switchgear, MCC panels, and wiring. Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools. Troubleshoot electrical issues in steel melting shops, rolling mills, furnaces, and other plant machinery. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical drawings. Ensure proper functioning of electrical systems supporting heavy machinery and process automation. Work with PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and SCADA systems to support automation and process control. Maintain documentation of work performed, including maintenance logs and equipment histories. Follow all plant safety procedures, lockout/tagout protocols, and work permit systems in electrical system upgrades, retrofits, and new equipment installations.
