Troubleshooting and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Plumbing Maintenance:

Fixing leaks, repairing faucets, and maintaining plumbing systems.

Electrical Maintenance:

Diagnosing and repairing electrical issues, installing lighting fixtures, and maintaining electrical systems.

Carpentry:

Repairing or replacing furniture, doors, and other wooden fixtures.

Appliance Repair:

Troubleshooting and repairing appliances like refrigerators, washing machines, and dishwashers.

Painting and Decorating:

Preparing surfaces, painting walls, and maintaining the aesthetic appeal of the hotel.

General Building Maintenance:

Addressing issues with walls, floors, ceilings, and other building components.

Safety Procedures:

Understanding and adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

Problem-Solving:

Identifying and resolving maintenance issues efficiently.

Communication:

Effectively communicating with guests, staff, and other team members.

Organization and Prioritization:

Managing multiple tasks and prioritizing work based on urgency.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
