Maersk is looking for competent Electrician with relevant seagoing experience, willing to be trained, challenged and expand their knowledge onboard our technically advanced container vessels with the best and latest machinery.




A key position in the engine department onboard one of the world's largest Container shipping company where seafarers are onboarded and equipped to perform and contribute to deliver the vessel commitments. Seafarers are trained and guided in achieving their personal development and career advancement. We ensure to prioritize health and safety, promote diversity and inclusion and at all times carry out the upright practice both at sea and ashore.

Recruitment Criteria:

- At least 9 monthsseatime experience as Electrical Cadet/Junior Electrician on Container vessels

At least 5 months seatime experience as independent Electrical Engineer on other types of vessels

Key Responsibilities:

The Electricians are required to assist the Electrical Engineer in all his / her responsibilities. The Electrician must perform all tasks related to reefers and other electrical / electronic installations under direction of the Electrical Engineer and / or Chief Engineer.
