Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures on project sites. Perform electrical panel installation, earthing, conduit work, cabling, DB dressing, and load distribution. Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure timely resolution. Conduct routine inspections to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustments/repairs. Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and technical specifications. Ensure all electrical work is completed as per safety standards, IS codes, and company guidelines. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and other technical staff. Maintain proper documentation of work completed, materials used, and site reports. Support in installation of electrical systems for lifts, fire systems, HVAC, lighting, and power supply. Ensure preventive maintenance of electrical equipment and tools.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

ITI / Diploma in Electrician or relevant trade certification. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in construction/real estate projects. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety procedures, and industry standards. Ability to read technical drawings and troubleshoot complex issues. Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Physically fit and able to work at active construction sites.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
