Troubleshoot plumbing issues, including water supply, heating, and drainage.
Read blueprints and technical diagrams for installations and repairs.
General/Hospital Specific:
Adhere strictly to electrical and plumbing codes, safety regulations (like B/C licenses in India).
Perform preventive maintenance on all systems.
Document all work, maintenance logs, and material usage.
