Strong knowledge of
3-Phase power systems
, including wiring, load balancing, and troubleshooting.
Maintenance of
3-Phase motors
, starters (DOL, Star-Delta), contactors, relays, and MCC panels.
Identify electrical faults and carry out corrective and preventive maintenance.
Ensure proper earthing, insulation, and safety compliance as per electrical standards.
Handle breakdowns and provide quick resolution to minimize downtime.
Maintain records of electrical maintenance and daily work logs.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
Follow all safety rules and company policies.
