Maintain and repair electrical systems: lighting, outlets, panels, UPS, and wiring.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Install and upgrade office electrical fixtures, cabling, and power points.
Troubleshoot faults and respond to service requests quickly.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
Support critical systems (UPS, generators, HVAC electrical components, emergency lighting).
Coordinate with facilities, IT, and vendors on electrical work.
Requirements:
Diploma/ITI in Electrical Trade or equivalent.
Valid electrician license (as per local regulations).
2-5 years of experience in commercial/office buildings.
Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of electrical systems.
Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.
