Job Summary -

The Electronic Assembler is responsible for assembling, soldering, testing, and inspecting electronic components and circuit boards according to engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. The role ensures timely and accurate assembly of products to support smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities -

Assemble electronic components, PCBs, and wiring harnesses using hand tools and soldering equipment. Read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions. Solder and de-solder through-hole and surface-mount components (SMT). Inspect assemblies for quality, alignment, and compliance with specifications. Identify and correct assembly defects or report issues to the supervisor. Perform basic electrical tests and verify functionality of completed assemblies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and tools. Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety, workplace safety, and 5S standards. Maintain accurate production and inspection records. Assist in packaging and dispatch of finished electronic products when required.
Qualifications And Skills -

Education - ITI/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field. Experience - 0-3 years in electronics assembly or manufacturing (fresher's can apply).
Technical Skills -

Knowledge of soldering, wiring, and component identification. Ability to read electronic schematics and assembly drawings. Basic knowledge of electronic measuring instruments (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.).
