Job Description

:
Perform installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, lighting, power distribution panels, and hospital equipment.
Ensure uninterrupted power supply for critical areas such as ICUs, OTs, diagnostic equipment, emergency systems, and life-support machinery.
Operate and maintain backup power systems (DG sets, UPS, inverters) and ensure readiness during outages.
Maintain records of repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance activities.
Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns, power failures, and patient care area complaints.
Follow hospital safety protocols, electrical codes, and fire safety guidelines.
Regularly inspect electrical infrastructure to identify potential hazards, defects, or performance issues and take corrective action
