About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electrician with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical work. The ideal candidate should be able to perform installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting while following safety standards and project guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Read and interpret electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings. Install electrical panels, wiring, conduits, switches, outlets, lighting systems, and fixtures. Perform routine inspections to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustments or repairs. Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform corrective actions efficiently. Test electrical systems using appropriate tools to ensure functionality and safety compliance. Assist senior electricians and project supervisors in planning and executing electrical work. Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety standards, and company procedures. Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

ITI / Diploma in Electrical or related field. 2-6 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance. Basic knowledge of residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems. Ability to read wiring diagrams and layout drawings. Hands-on experience using electrical tools, testers, meters, and safety equipment. Understanding of electrical safety procedures and local regulations. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in panel board wiring and industrial control systems. Knowledge of PLCs, motors, and industrial automation basics. Valid government-issued electrical license. Experience working at construction sites or ongoing industrial plants.
