Position Overview

Anukarati Homes Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Electrician for our Shelu Site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential buildings, ensuring all work complies with safety standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in residential properties. Connect wiring to circuit breakers, transformers, outlets, and other components. Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and electrical code specifications to determine wiring layouts. Inspect and test electrical systems and equipment to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues using appropriate testing devices such as voltmeters and ammeters. Ensure all electrical installations comply with national and local building regulations and safety standards. Perform preventive maintenance to minimize system breakdowns and replace outdated wiring or components as needed. Document repairs, maintenance activities, and system upgrades as required. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company and legal safety guidelines. Collaborate with site supervisors, other trades, and clients as necessary to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in electrical systems preferred. Completion of an electrician apprenticeship or relevant certification. Proven experience as an electrician, preferably 2-5 years in residential settings. In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, power generation, blueprints, maintenance, and repair. Familiarity with safety procedures and local electrical codes. Ability to use hand and power tools relevant to the trade. Good physical condition and ability to work in various environments, including heights and confined spaces. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Compensation

Monthly salary: ?16,000 to ?25,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
