Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, including lighting, power outlets, circuit breakers, control panels, and generators. Troubleshoot and repair electrical malfunctions and breakdowns promptly and safely. Install new electrical systems and equipment as required for resort operations. Work closely with other maintenance staff and departments to address electrical needs. Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and local electrical codes. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent. Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed, including outside of regular hours. Assist in energy conservation initiatives and suggest improvements. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards. Participate in training and development programs provided by the resort.
