Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible to support the Plant Electrical and Maintenance operations in a safe, efficient and effective manner Responsible to repair and maintain Turbo Generator, as per instructions from Shift in Charge Responsible to repair and maintain Diesel Generator, as per instructions from Shift in Charge. Responsible to repair and maintain ESP Responsible to repair and maintain all illumination lighting and street lights. Responsible to install, repair electrical equipment\xe2\x80\x99s at Power Plant, Brick Plant and Process Plant Responsible to follow the preventive maintenance schedule given by Shift in charge Responsible to daily check vibration, lubrication and temperature of critical equipment\xe2\x80\x99s at the Plant Responsible to take current readings of motor and VFD on a daily basis Responsible to identify electrical problems with a variety of testing devices Rewire faulty electrical systems such as lighting, heating, systems and alarms. Maintain a clear and proper safe working environment Responsible to ensure that ISO procedure and other safety/quality standards are maintained in the work area Responsible to Store all Electrical equipment\xe2\x80\x99s properly Perform duties as assigned by the Manager. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: ITI with 3 years of Experience or Diploma in Electricals with 2-3 yrs Experience in a Distillery industry/Process Industry Knowledge of Star Delta and DOL Starter Knowledge of Circuit Breaker, ACB, Relay, VFD, Drivers and Control Panel Knowledge of ESP, Turbo Generator and DG Superior electrical maintenance work experience. Excellent grasp of electrical maintenance work practices and processes. High skills in electrical control systems installation and repair. Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems and high voltage motors. Good knowledge on safety rules and procedures Good interpersonal skills and able to work well in a team environment Job Type: Full-time Salary: 922,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Benefits:
