Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, and control systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical schematics
• Maintenance work of conduit, wiring, circuit breakers, transformers, and other electrical components
• Troubleshoot electrical problems using testing devices to locate shorts, faulty connections, and equipment issues
• Ensure all electrical work meets local building standards, and safety
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
• Collaborate with construction teams, property & technical managers, and other trades
• Respond to emergency electrical issues as needed
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records

• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication

Working Conditions

• Work is primarily indoors in commercial buildings
• May require working in confined spaces, on ladders, or lifts
• Exposure to electrical hazards, requiring strict adherence to safety protocols
• May include occasional overtime, weekend work, or emergency calls
