Mounting, fixing, earthing, and testing of electrical panels as per drawings.
Cable Laying & Routing
Laying of LT/HT power cables, control cables, and communication cables.
Ensuring correct cable routing through trenches, trays, conduits, and risers.
Measuring and cutting cables as per load schedule and BOQ.
Cable Termination
Termination of power cables, control cables, and communication cables with proper ferruling and tagging.
Performing glanding, crimping, and termination as per standards.
Ensuring correct phase sequence and continuity.
Tray, Conduit & Duct Installation
Installation of cable trays (GI/Aluminium), trunking, and raceways.
Laying of conduits (PVC/HDPE/GI) and fixing with proper supports.
Installation of ducts for ELV, fire alarm, CCTV, networking, and HVAC power.
Equipment Installation
Installation of fixtures, switches, sockets, MCBs, DBs, junction boxes, lights, fans, and earthing systems.
Supporting installation of DG, transformer, UPS, and other electrical equipment.
Testing & Commissioning
Continuity testing, insulation resistance testing, and load testing.
Supporting engineers during pre-commissioning and commissioning stages.
Documentation & Compliance
Following project drawings, single-line diagrams (SLD), and method statements.
Ensuring adherence to IS standards, safety rules, and site quality guidelines.
Maintaining daily progress records and reporting site issues to supervisors.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+2 or ITI in Electrical Trade.
2-5 years of experience in commercial/industrial electrical projects.
Good knowledge of panel installation, cable management, conduit work, and termination practices.
Ability to read electrical drawings and layout plans.
Strong understanding of electrical safety standards.
Experience in using tools such as drilling machines, megger, crimping tools, etc.
