Job timing

9:00 Am to 6:00pm

Qualification: -12 Pass / Graduate.

Age limit: - upto 45 years only.

Experience required: - 3+ years' experience in plumber related matters.

Educational Qualification

:

Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant certification from a recognized institution.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical System Installation

Design and install electrical systems for factory machinery and infrastructure. Interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical drawings for installations and upgrades.

Maintenance of Equipment & Systems

Perform routine and preventive maintenance of industrial electrical systems, panels, motors, and control systems. Ensure uninterrupted power supply to machines and equipment during production.

Troubleshooting & Diagnostics

Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify and resolve electrical faults in control systems, PLCs, VFDs, motors, and distribution panels. Repair or replace defective components with minimal downtime.

Compliance & Safety

Adhere to national and international electrical safety standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, OSHA). Ensure compliance with electrical codes and factory safety policies during all work activities.

Power Distribution & Load Management

Monitor and manage power distribution systems within the plant. Optimize load distribution and suggest improvements for energy efficiency.

Control Systems & Automation Support

Support the installation and maintenance of automation systems like PLCs, SCADA, sensors, and HMI panels. Work with automation engineers to ensure electrical compatibility and performance.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of installations, inspections, repairs, and energy usage. Prepare maintenance reports and electrical audits for management.

Emergency Response & On-call Support

Respond to electrical emergencies and breakdowns during shifts or on-call hours. Provide immediate solutions to restore operations quickly and safely.

Team Collaboration & Technical Support

Work closely with mechanical, production, and engineering departments to ensure operational efficiency. Train junior electricians or technicians on safety, procedures, and system operations.

Continuous Learning & Compliance Updates

Stay up to date with new electrical technologies, codes, and best practices. Attend training sessions or workshops as required by management.
