Key Responsibilities
Conduct theory and practical classes for Electrician trade as per NCVT/SCVT norms.
Prepare lesson plans, training schedules, and assessments.
Demonstrate electrical tools, equipment, and safety practices.
Guide trainees in practical projects, wiring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Maintain training records, attendance, and evaluation reports.
Support in managing workshops, tools, and lab equipment.
Ensure compliance with all safety and training standards.
Qualifications
ITI Electrician
+
NTC / NAC
CTI / CITS (preferred)
Diploma or relevant qualification is an added advantage
Minimum
2-3 years of teaching or industry experience
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, motors, and control circuits
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to handle practical sessions effectively
Familiarity with NCVT syllabus and training modules
