Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems in residential buildings and common areas. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical panels, meters, and distribution systems. Diagnose electrical issues, troubleshoot faults, and carry out effective solutions. Handle installation and maintenance of lighting, fans, pumps, lifts, and backup generators (DG sets). Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, building codes, and society regulations. Maintain records of work orders, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules. Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and electrical complaints from residents. Coordinate with other maintenance staff (plumbers, HVAC technicians, etc.) for smooth facility operations. Provide recommendations for electrical upgrades, energy efficiency, and cost savings.

Preferred:

4 years experience in handling residential societies or real estate projects
