Job Description

Key Responsibilities Electrical Assembly & Wiring

Perform electrical wiring and assembly of air coolers, HVLS fans, and exhaust fans as per drawings and specifications. Install motors, capacitors, switches, controllers, and protection devices. Ensure correct earthing and insulation of all electrical components. Identify and rectify wiring faults during assembly.
Testing & Quality Control

Conduct electrical testing such as continuity, insulation resistance, and functional testing. Ensure products meet quality standards before dispatch. Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues during production and final inspection.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment, tools, and machinery used in production. Diagnose and repair electrical faults in motors, panels, controllers, and wiring systems. Support installation and commissioning of new machines or production lines.
Safety & Compliance

Follow electrical safety standards, SOPs, and statutory regulations. Ensure safe handling of electrical tools and equipment. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Documentation & Coordination

Maintain basic records of electrical tests, faults, and repairs. Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams. Support continuous improvement initiatives in production efficiency and safety.
Required Skills & Qualifications Education & Certification

ITI / Diploma in Electrical or equivalent qualification. Valid electrician license (preferred as per local regulations).
Technical Skills

Knowledge of AC motors, single-phase and three-phase systems. Experience with fan motors, speed controllers, capacitors, and control panels. Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Familiarity with testing instruments (multimeter, megger, etc.).
Experience

1-5 years of experience in electrical assembly or manufacturing (fans, coolers, or similar appliances preferred).
Soft Skills

Attention to detail and quality. Ability to work independently and in a team. Good problem-solving skills. Basic communication skills.
Working Conditions

Factory/production floor environment. Standing for long periods and handling electrical tools. May require overtime during peak production periods.
