Job Description

Knowledge in Twin Screw Extruder Process (Steer, Coperion, and Bestroff) will be added advantage. Extruder machine Gearbox maintenance Responsibilities for Erection and commissioning of twin screw extruder machines and maintenance of machines for both mechanical and electrical during breakdown at shortest time. Installation & commissioning of Machines Breakdown Maintenance Preventive Maintenance Planning Working knowledge of Electrical & Electronic Systems, Hydraulics and Pneumatics. Working knowledge in Ac & Dc Servo motors Overall responsibility for Plant maintenance & planning of maintenance activities. Mechanical Maintenance knowledge on Twin Screw Extruder machines (Farrel, Steer, Coperion and Bestroff) will be added advantage. Operation, maintenance & troubleshooting in Extruder machines maintenance Extruder Machine Gearbox maintenance and responsibility for Utility Equipment Maintenance Overseeing the planning of all mechanical maintenance activities, preventive, predictive, breakdown maintenance, project work, improvement and development of machine

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
