Job Description

Job Responsibilities:


Perform routine and emergency electrical maintenance (wiring, circuit repairs, panel maintenance, etc.).


Handle plumbing work such as pipeline installation, leakage repairs, fittings, and maintenance of water systems.


Troubleshoot and repair electrical and plumbing issues promptly and safely.


Ensure all maintenance work is done in compliance with safety regulations.


Maintain logs of work done and report issues to the facility manager.


Support other facility-related work as assigned.

Requirements:


Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical and plumbing work (industrial or commercial preferred).


Knowledge of tools, materials, and techniques used in both trades.


Ability to read wiring and plumbing diagrams.


Physically fit, reliable, and self-motivated.


Basic understanding of safety standards and procedures.
