We are inviting applications from experienced and skilled
Electrician cum Plumber
professionals for our ongoing
high-rise apartment construction project
. Candidates with proven experience in multi-storey residential construction will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, fixtures, switches, panels, and lighting systems.
Installation and maintenance of plumbing systems including pipelines, fittings, sanitary ware, water supply, and drainage systems.
Reading and interpreting drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
Identifying faults, troubleshooting, and rectifying electrical and plumbing issues.
Ensuring all works comply with safety standards and site regulations.
Coordinating with site engineers, supervisors, and other trades for smooth execution of work.
Performing testing and commissioning of electrical and plumbing systems.
Maintaining tools, materials, and ensuring proper housekeeping at the work site.
Experience
Minimum
2-5 years
of relevant experience required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
