Job Description

Experience:

Minimum

3-7 years

of experience in

civil construction or building projects

(residential, commercial, or industrial)

Job Responsibilities:

Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting works at project sites. Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and circuit diagrams. Install, test, and commission wiring, conduit, lighting, and power systems as per site requirements. Ensure compliance with

IE rules, TNEB regulations

, and

IS electrical standards

. Coordinate with site engineers, MEP teams, and subcontractors to ensure proper electrical execution. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and equipment. Supervise helpers and ensure work is completed safely and within deadlines. Maintain records of electrical works, materials, and equipment usage. Ensure strict adherence to

safety norms

and company quality standards.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of

building electrical systems

and

panel board wiring

Ability to troubleshoot and repair faults independently Familiarity with

DG sets, UPS, earthing, and lighting protection systems

Knowledge of local electrical codes and load calculations Good communication and team coordination skills

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering valid

B-Class Electrical License
