Electrical System Installation & Maintenance

KRA:

Efficient installation and maintenance of HT/LT electrical systems.

KPIs:

Completion of scheduled installations and maintenance tasks within designated timeframes. Reduction in system downtimes due to proactive maintenance. Adherence to installation protocols and safety standards.Superworks

Troubleshooting & Repairs

KRA:

Prompt identification and resolution of electrical faults in HT/LT systems.

KPIs:

Average response time to electrical issues. First-time fix rate for reported problems. Documentation accuracy of repair activities.

Safety Compliance

KRA:

Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations and standards.

KPIs:

Documentation & Reporting

KRA:

Maintain accurate records of electrical activities and system statuses.
