Responsibilities

Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of

electrical systems

(wiring, panels, lighting, power supply). Handle

plumbing work

, including installation and repair of pipes, fixtures, drainage, and water supply systems. Inspect and troubleshoot electrical and plumbing faults, providing timely solutions. Perform preventive maintenance for both electrical and plumbing equipment to reduce breakdowns. Ensure compliance with

safety codes

and company standards for both trades. Coordinate with other technicians and contractors during construction, renovation, or repair projects. Maintain logs of repairs, maintenance activities, and materials used. Respond to emergency breakdowns and service calls.

Requirements

Proven experience in both

electrical

and

plumbing

work.
