Job Role & Responsibilities :

Perform electrical tests on various types of motors and related equipment, including performance, efficiency, thermal, durability, no-load, block rotor, and high voltage (HV) tests. Use a range of testing devices, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, megohmmeters (meggers), and growlers, to identify and diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in motors and control circuits. Maintain & update test data to evaluate motor performance and prepare detailed test and inspection reports, maintaining accurate records of repairs, parts used, and test results for quality assurance and compliance. Maintain and calibrate testing equipment and measurement instruments to ensure accuracy and compliance with ISO standards.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

Strong understanding of motors and motor control principles. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical diagrams. Experience with a variety of tools and diagnostic equipment for electrical testing and precision measurement.
