qualification:- ITI/Diploma in Electrical / Electronics or related field.
Minimum 6month -2 years of experience in electrical (freshers with strong technical skills may also apply).
Carry out electrical wiring, conduit work, cabling, and termination as per electrical drawings.
Assist in testing and commissioning of grid-tied, off-grid, and hybrid solar systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on solar installations.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide technical support to project engineers.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company procedures.
Coordinate with project teams during installation and site assessments.
Inspect equipment, materials, and installation quality on-site.
