Job Description

Panel Assembly:

Mount components (DIN rails, ducting, breakers, PLC modules, and power supplies) onto backplates according to layout drawings.

Wiring & Connection:

Route and terminate wires precisely. This includes crimping, ferrule installation, and labeling wires to match electrical schematics.

Schematic Interpretation:

Read and accurately follow complex electrical dwg, point-to-point wiring diagram.

Testing & Control:

Perform "ring-out" (continuity) testing and use multimeters to verify circuits before the panel is powered up.

PLC/HMI Integration:

Assist in the physical installation of automation hardware and ensure proper communication cabling (Ethernet, Modbus, etc.) is established.

Troubleshooting:

Identify and fix wiring errors or faulty components during the "fat" (Factory Acceptance Testing) phase.
